It is awesome, there is not much Biotin but the Argan oil helps tons with my frizzy hair I highly recomand. I have used this for months but when I switched to an other shampoo I felt a horrible diffrence and I regreted switching after only 1 wash! My hair is very frizzy and my other shampoo made it friz horibly! This is an amazing product and I will try some of Two oceans products in the future. I do recomand useing the BIotin and Argan conditioner with it though cause without it, my hair had a wierd ruber feel when in contact with water so use the conditioner wigh it…Btw this is the 1st shampoo fit for my hair other shampoos just don’t work for me.
